Through our support service, we can guarantee:
- after every installation, training the facility’s staff in managing the system;
- remote monitoring in real time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, of every Wi-Fi Hotel system, with notifications to the clients if there is any malfunction and proactive measure taken against failures;
- the availability of a technical support telephone service for the facilities, for any need or for reporting breakdowns or problems with the Internet access system for their customers;
- a multi-lingual call centre for guest support, to resolve any access problems. Different classes of service availability can be contracted, up to full service with 24-hour availability, 7 days a week, 365 days a year;
- the early replacement of failed parts, with delivery by courier of pre-configured, new devices by the next business day after the diagnosis of the failure;
- planning and technical execution of on-site operations as needed.
